Double win for Klaas Zwart in BOSS GP, Daly and DeBlandre pick up wins in Masters Class

After winning the first two races of the BOSS GP-series at the Hockenheim circuit, Klaas Zwart yet again picked up two wins at Spa-Francorchamps at the weekend. Belgian driver Alain DeBlandre won the first race of the Masters Class at his home circuit, while BOSS GP-newbie Dan Daly won the second race of the Masters Class.

The second racing weekend of the BOSS GP series took place at Spa-Francorchamps, the favorite circuit of a lot of drivers and spectators.
Klaas Zwart was the best driver during the qualification and started from pole-position. Marijn van Kalmthout started the race from second position, while Henk de Boer recorded the third time during qualification, making the front of the race a bit of a Dutch affair. BOSS GP-newbie Dan Daly was the fastest man in the Masters Class (seventh overall), followed by Karl-Heinz Becker and Carlos Antunes Tavares.

The first race was dominated by an exciting battle for the leading position between Zwart and second in line Van Kalmthout. Both drivers battled it out for first position for seven laps before Zwart managed to extend the gap with his rival. He eventually won the race, ahead of Van Kalmthout and Austrian driver Peter Milavec. The latter started from sixth position in his debut race and passed several rivals to make it on to the podium.
