It is not an unprecedented event: a Centennial was organised in Assen in 1998. It was a great day out for fans of historic motor cycles and legendary riders.

Legendary champions
Another Classic race will take part in 2010, the year the Assen circuit played host to the 80th Assen TT weekend. Legendary champions from the past, including among other riders Giacomo Agostini, Kenny Roberts, Kevin Schwantz, Wil Hartog, Boet van Dulmen and also former sidecar world champion Egbert Streuer, will be in Assen during the third weekend in September.

Roaring BOSS racing cars
But that is not all: the sound of BOSS GP cars can also be heard, roaring at Assen TT Circuit during the sixth race weekend of the international Big Open Single Seater.
